Before founding TAW Consulting Services, Tessa Woollatt was a Senior Vice President and the Director of IT and Operations for Fenton Communications in Washington, D.C. where she was employed for six years. During that time, Fenton grew from 12 employees to 110, expanded from one location to four, and performed a $1 million renovation of their DC office. Ms. Woollatt was responsible for Fenton's extensive network systems as well as overseeing all daily office operations.

Some of her accomplishments include significantly reducing overhead expenses, capturing substantial additional revenues, coordinating numerous office moves, setting up two branch offices, and saving thousands of dollars by connecting the offices for shared data, telephone and video conferencing services.

Prior to her work with Fenton, she co-owned and managed a real estate company in Northern Virginia. Before that she was the systems manager for a courier firm in New York City and a programmer for a software company.

She has her degree in computer science from the University of Western Ontario and is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia.  Although she was born in Holland and raised in the Washington, D.C. area, she is still a British citizen.  She is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling.
